By using the PTW Training website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided: PTW Training provides youth sports training, including individual and group sessions, camps, clinics, and tournaments.

2. Booking and Payment:

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or through one of our merchants (Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp)

• Payments must be made in full before participation.

• Refunds or credits may be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

3. Participant Conduct: All participants are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and follow trainer instructions. PTW reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

4. Liability Waiver: By participating in PTW activities, you acknowledge the risk of injury and agree to hold PTW Training and its staff harmless from any claims arising from participation.

5. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and training materials, are the property of PTW Training and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Termination of Service: PTW Training reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in harmful behavior.

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
